Power

Power is the movement pattern that transforms strength into speed. It teaches the body to generate high levels of force rapidly, combining coordination, precision, and intent. Power exercises involve fast hip extension, dynamic pulling, rapid changes of direction, or quick transitions from load to acceleration. These movements are essential for athletes who want to move with authority and confidence, whether in sport, functional fitness, or everyday life.

At Relentless Bravery Fitness, power training is more than moving fast. It is about moving well. Every power exercise trains rhythm, timing, and technique. From kettlebell swings to Olympic-style lifts, box jumps, med ball throws, and landmine variations, these drills strengthen the hips, core, and upper body to produce force from the ground up.

Power training also improves coordination and joint stability. It teaches the athlete to absorb load safely, transfer energy efficiently, and redirect force with precision. As a result, it supports longevity and reduces injury risk while enhancing performance in hybrid events such as HYROX.
