Movement Pattern

Carry

The Carry pattern involves walking while supporting load — challenging core stability, grip strength, and alignment. This movement pattern builds “real-world” strength, teaching your body to brace and move efficiently under tension.

Exercises include Farmer’s Carries, Suitcase Carries, and Overhead Carries, each targeting different stabilising muscles. Carries improve core strength, shoulder stability, and resilience against fatigue — crucial for athletes and everyday movement alike.

They’re functional, scalable, and brutally effective. RB100 athletes often test their capacity with 100m heavy carries, blending strength, posture, and grit into one movement.
