Intro: Training logs are great. But training journals? That’s where mindset, reflection, and transformation live.

This RB100 Challenge encourages you to write 100 words per day about your progress — physical, mental, emotional, or otherwise. It’s a daily moment to reconnect with your “why.”

Why 100 Words?

  • Small enough to be consistent, powerful enough to make an impact
  • Encourages self-awareness, gratitude, goal clarity, and motivation
  • Helps process setbacks, reinforce wins, and spark new insights
  • Builds a documented journey you can look back on

What to Write About

  • How you felt after a workout
  • What you ate and how it made you feel
  • A win (big or small) from the day
  • Something you learned or want to remember
  • What you’re working towards tomorrow

Format Options

  • Traditional journal (paper + pen)
  • Notes app or Google Docs
  • Voice-to-text dictation (e.g. in Notion)
  • Dedicated journaling apps (like Day One or Journey)

Make It Stick

  • Stack it with another habit (like post-training or evening routine)
  • Set a reminder — same time, same place
  • Review your week on Sunday to notice patterns
