The 100 Frisbee Throws Challenge

Simple, social, and surprisingly effective — the 100 Frisbee Throws Challenge is more than a casual toss around. This RB100 Challenge builds hand-eye coordination, communication, and reactive agility in a fun, low-impact format.

Whether you’re using this to warm up, cool down, or just reconnect with movement, committing to 100 accurate frisbee catches with a partner is a test of rhythm, control, and teamwork.

How It Works

  • Grab a frisbee and a partner (gym buddy, teammate, friend, or child)
  • Find a clear outdoor or indoor space
  • Alternate throws and catches until you reach 100 clean catches
  • Missed catches don’t count — reset the streak or add them to your tally

Why It Works

  • Boosts reaction time and accuracy
  • Encourages full-body movement and range of motion
  • Enhances team dynamics and communication
  • Breaks up rigid training blocks with fun, skill-based activity

“Play keeps you sharp — physically, mentally, and socially.”

Upgrade the Challenge

  • Use your non-dominant hand for 50% of throws
  • Introduce movement (e.g. shuffle, sprint, squat before throw)
  • Time your total session and aim to improve weekly
  • Try in different conditions: wind, sand, or light rain for variability
