Crawl

The Crawl pattern reintroduces primal movement — travelling on hands and feet with coordination and control. It strengthens the shoulders, core, and hips while improving balance and joint stability. Exercises like Bear Crawls, Lizard Crawls, and Lateral Crawls teach total-body integration, challenging strength and endurance together. Crawling is an underrated conditioning tool, ideal for warm-ups, mobility drills, and bodyweight circuits. This pattern also supports movement quality by improving cross-body coordination and stabilising the spine through dynamic tension — a vital skill for athletic movement.
