We are excited to announce that for the 2025 Dubai Turf Fitness City Series we will be at – 

ISD STADIUM, SPORT CITY, DUBAI

BEACH (Elite workout) 

ISD Stadium, located in Sport City, Dubai – this huge facility has an array of facilities that allow us to test all athletes and to enhance the experience for competitors and spectators alike.

With a large field and track, plus great viewing grandstand, we are looking forward to putting together this years event back at ISD Dubai.

COMPETING DATES

Friday Night Lights 21st November @ ISD Stadium – 

• ENGINE – heats from 4.15pm until 8.30pm
• Elite teams of 6 – 5.00pm – 8.15pm 

Saturday 22nd November @ ISD Stadium

• All Intermediate + Everyday teams. 
• Elite teams from 10.30am

Saturday 22nd November @ the Beach

• Elite teams only – beach workout 8am until 9.15am

HEAT START TIMES

Your workout times will be released up to 4 weeks before the competition. On Saturday 22nd November, the gates at ISD Stadium will open at 8am with heats starting at 8.45am.  All heats will be finished by 6.05pm.  

In terms of timings, if your first heat is 8.45am, your last heat will finish approximately 4.20pm.

TEAM DIVISIONS

This will be a MIXED Teams only comp.  Each team will be made up of 6 athletes – 3 males + 3 females. 

There will be a choice of 3 Divisions to enter 

• Everyday – compete in 4 workouts
• Intermediate – compete in 4 workouts
• Elite – compete in 6 workouts
