How does the RB100 count reps?
The RB100 uses precision sensors mounted at the target height. When the ball hits the target zone, the sensor detects the impact and increments the count automatically.
What's included in the box?
Each RB100 Solo includes the sensor unit, mounting hardware, display screen, and either a USB power cable (USB variant) or PoE injector (PoE variant).
Do I need WiFi?
WiFi is optional. The RB100 works fully offline for counting and display. WiFi enables remote monitoring, data sync, and advanced features like leaderboards.
What's the difference between USB/Battery and PoE?
The USB/Battery variant is portable, ideal for your local gym or temporary setups. The PoE variant uses Power over Ethernet for permanent installations with a clean single-cable setup.
What is the return policy?
There is a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your RB100, get in touch for a full refund.
Can Solo or Pro be used on freestanding rigs?
Solo and Pro are for wall-mounted targets only and are not recommended for freestanding rigs.
Is the Elite Event system available?
No. Elite Event is under development specifically for freestanding rigs with a new front-mounted target plate sensor. It is not currently for sale. Launch is planned for 2027 and remains subject to development.
Is the RB100 the official HYROX wall ball counter?
No. RB100 is independent and is not the official HYROX competition wall ball counter. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by HYROX.
