Upper Back

The Upper Back muscles — including the rhomboids, trapezius, and rear delts — control scapular movement and postural alignment. They provide the foundation for shoulder mechanics and pulling power. Exercises such as rows, face pulls, and band pull-aparts develop endurance and symmetry.
